Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Join Facing Change: Documenting Detroit for an evening of photography and conversation, featuring presentations by photographer, writer, and documentary filmmaker Eugene Richards as well as photographer and visual artist Patricia Lay-Dorsey (also known as Grandma Techno), hosted by Karah Shaffer and Alan Chin of Documenting DETROIT.  We’ll also reprise the Pop-UP Portrait Studio for our guests!

Documenting DETROIT is a fellowship partnering emerging and early career photographers from the Detroit area with national photographers and editors as mentors and instructors. Photographers awarded the fellowship will craft a complete photo essay illuminating lives of Detroiters throughout the city’s 139 square miles, and learn and hone media skills.
