Panel to discuss the difference between benefit corporations and BCorps. Beyond describing the difference, the panel will cover the use of performance metrics, legal implications, pros and cons, and how to get involved. Panelists include Holly Ensign-Barstow of B Lab, Kari Hughes of Buy the Change, Hanna Schulze of Local First, and State Representative Christine Greig, 37th District.
